If you are ready to book a session and are ready to let me, be your photographer for your special day here is how to get started! On the contact page email, me or message me via Facebook. Once we talk about the date and details of the wedding Via Questionnaire and meeting (in person or Video Call), I will draw up a contract detailing your session and what's included and required. I do charge a Non-Refundable fee of $50 on signing to protect me and reserve your date. If you choose to cancel our session or choose another photographer, you will forfeit that fee. The $50 is deducted off the total price of the session. The full session amount is due at LEAST 7 DAYS before the session date.
Extra fees?
The $750.00 package includes what's listed above. Other fees COULD/ BUT NOT ALWAY be included depending on certain conditions. Traveling out of my area (Hardin, LaRue, Grayson Counties in Kentucky) could result in extra travel fee's. Those fees include travel time/milage, and gas prices. Those fees will be discussed on appointment booking and contract signing. Other fees include Extra Time (Past the 6-hour limit). Fee for hotel stay if required (only if traveling out of state). These fees are ONLY if your booking includes these conditions.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
There are a few extras you can include into your package for an extra price, but these ARE NOT required to include in your package.
-Extra Copy of USB Drive ($30)
-Engagement Photos/ Pre-Wedding session ($75)
-Special Edits: Graphic Frames, wording, designs *Limited to 5 Photos* ($20)
-Extended Time *Max of 12 Hours* ($50 an hour)
Travel fees?
Categorized into levels depending on miles to the destination, Average gas prices, & MPG of Photographers vehicle.
-Level 1 Fee:
30-50 Miles out of area
Cost: $15-25
-Level 2 Fee:
50-70 Miles out of area
Cost: $30-45
-Level 3 Fee:
70-100 Miles out of area
Cost: $50-70
-Level 4 Fee
100 Miles or more out of area
Cost: Contact Photographer
Disclosures
All add on options must be selected at the time of booking/scheduling. These options can not be added later. Lost/Missing USB Delivery: If you loose your USB Drive, another may be purchased for a Fee if needed. Photos are securely saved for 6 months after the event date. Fee must be paid before receiving new copy.
